I grew up on a family dairy farm between Wigton and Thursby and I have involved in agriculture all of my life. I am a keen member of Raughton Head Young Farmers and have been since I was 12. Following 3 years at Liverpool John Moores University studying Law, I joined Cartmell Shepherd Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor.

I qualified into the Agricultural Property department as an Agricultural Solicitor back in September 2020 dealing with all matters relating to farm sales and purchases, to drainage easements and general property enquiries. I was recently nominated and won the Agricultural Student & Rural Skills category at the 2021 Cumbria Farmer Awards.
